Menstrual Hygiene awareness Program
Menstrual hygiene awareness and sanitation has been one of the important and routine program of PNMF.
Pratiman-Neema Memorial Foundation (PNMF) in joint collaboration with Women2be, an Albuquerque based NGO, organized the two days event in Bhairahawa, Rupendehi district. The event was organized for raising awareness, delivering female hygiene kits to women and educating them on hygiene health. The main aim of the project was to provide access to facilities and products, provide hygiene promotion and awareness, and allow for maintenance of enabling environments to reduce infections and empower girls and women of the community.
Pratiman Neema Memorial Foundation in joint collaboration with UNM and Nepal study center organized awareness program regarding menstrual hygine and sanitation in Prithvi higher secondary school at purkot daha in gulmi district of western Nepal. In that event 120 secondary school girls of the same school were educated and distributed with reusable sanitary pads.
Menstrual hygiene awareness program was organized in Bajhkateri School by Pratiman Neema Memeorial Foundation in joint collaboration with UNM and Nepal Study Center. In that event 105 secondary school girls of that school were educated and distributed with reusable sanitary pads.
